Langhe, Roero and Monferrato wines

The San Matteo estate is in the heart of Piedmont.
Our cellars are in Gavi, on the western slopes of Monferrato. Here, we have many hectares of vineyard, as we do in the Langhe and Roero areas.

HISTORY

I began making wine in Gavi,
but my roots are really in the Langhe.

Towards the end of the nineteenth century my great-grandfather Giuseppe began growing grapes and making wine in Vesime in the Alta Langa area.

THE CELLAR

Our cellar has been completely renovated and now we have the latest, most modern techniques winemaking

In 2016, I purchased “La Palazzina” where my new cantina is located.

Cascina Roma Agriturismo, renovated in 2018, is located in the heart of the Gavi hills, part of the Unesco World Heritage.
