The cellar




Purchased in 2016, it is the central heart of the farm

In 2016, I purchased “La Palazzina” where my new cantina is located. Just a few kilometres away is the Cascina Roma Farmhouse, which I bought and renovated in 2018. It is located in the heart of the Gavi hills, part of the Unesco World Heritage site.


Completely renovated, it now features the most modern winemaking techniques.

The entire winemaking process takes place right here in the cellar, from the receipt of the grapes, to the soft pressing, fermentation and storage at a controlled temperature.
