VINIFICATION
Selected Moscato grapes from our vineyard in Santo Stefano Belbo are harvested when optimally ripe and brought to the cellar.
A traditional white wine vinification follows,
with a gentle pressing. The free-run must thus obtained is fermented naturally in steel tanks
for about a month.
TRAINING SYSTEM
Guyot. This low-yield per hectare vineyard is frequently cleaned, green-pruned and selectively thinned. Chemical treatments are kept to a minimum. The grapes are hand-picked in September.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Pale yellow in colour with greenish highlights and a fine bead. Refined floral and fruit notes, notably orange blossom and aromatic herbs such as melissa. The palate is delicately complex, fragrant and crisp with a lingering, balanced finish.
PAIRINGS
Excellent as an accompaniment to the typical hazelnut desserts of the Langhe.
Excellent also as a summer accompaniment to fruit salad or fresh fruit.
