TRAINING SYSTEM

Guyot-pruned. Grapes are hand-picked in October

 

AGEING

24 months in large oak barrels.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

A wine with a complex bouquet, which reflects the ancient Piedmont’s tradition. Ruby red, nearly garnet color; it comes with delicate and persistent scents.
The mouthfeel confers a great structure with a full and intense aftertaste complemented by elegant tannins. The good combination of structure, flavor and acidity enhances its long finish.

 

PAIRINGS

A perfect match with meat focused dishes, like red meat, game, roasts, stews and grilled meat.

 

TEMPERATURE AND STORAGE

The wine should be stored horizontally in a cool (about 15 °C) damp environment, away from direct sunlight.
